1. Introduction and Acceptance

Welcome to FormulaBiz ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing our website (formulabiz.us) and contracting our company formation, EIN obtainment, and related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

2. Nature of Service (Not a Law Firm)

FormulaBiz is NOT a law firm and our employees do not act as your attorneys. We do not provide legal, tax, or accounting advice.

Our services are limited to administrative management, filing documents with state and federal agencies, and providing digital tools based on the information you provide to us. For specific legal advice regarding your situation, we recommend consulting an attorney licensed in the United States.

3. User Responsibility

You warrant that all information provided to FormulaBiz (including names, addresses, and passport copies) is true, accurate, and current. FormulaBiz is not responsible for rejections, fines, or delays caused by incorrect information provided by the client.

4. Payments and State Fees

Our prices include two components:
1) The FormulaBiz service fee.
2) Official government fees (State or Federal).

You agree to pay all fees associated with your order. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time, respecting orders already paid for.

5. Refund Policy

Our refund policy is strict due to the nature of government payments:

• Government Fees: Once we have submitted your application to the State or the IRS, government fees are NON-refundable under any circumstances, as the government does not return this money.
• FormulaBiz Service Fee: If you request cancellation before we send your documentation to the authorities, we will refund our service fee minus a $25 USD administrative fee.
• Once the service is completed (company registered or EIN obtained), there are no refunds.

6. Registered Agent and Renewals

If you hire our Registered Agent service, it will automatically renew each year at the current rate, unless you notify us of your cancellation at least 30 days in advance. It is your responsibility to maintain a valid credit card in our system to avoid service interruption and potential administrative dissolution of your company.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FormulaBiz shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of profits or data) arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service.
